THE PARTNER'S JOB

Recognize the problem. Make the introduction.

Access and trusted context matter more than running a sales process.

KATHISMA HANDLES THE RESTDiscovery → Demo → Diligence → Pilot → Contracting → Delivery

No quota. No upfront cost. No customer discount.

HOW THE PARTNERSHIP WORKS

Two responsibilities.
A clean handoff.

The program is intentionally narrow. A partner identifies a relevant institutional management problem and makes a trusted introduction. Kathisma owns discovery, product demonstration, diligence, pricing, proposal, contracting, implementation, and delivery.

PARTNER

Recognize the situation.

Use your judgment to identify an institutional owner or operator where management follow-through is breaking across the asset-plan review cycle.

  • Identify a relevant situation
  • Confirm an introduction is appropriate
  • Make the trusted introduction
KATHISMA

Run the commercial process.

Kathisma takes responsibility for the full buyer conversation and the work required to earn a paid engagement.

  • Discovery and demonstration
  • Pilot scoping and diligence
  • Pricing, proposal, contracting, and delivery
OPERATING MODEL

Approved plan to outcome evidence.

The product remains anchored to one management cadence.

  • Approved Plan → Evidence
  • Material Variance → Management Decision
  • Accountable Action → Outcome Evidence
WHAT COUNTS AS A GOOD INTRODUCTION

Start with the management problem,
not somebody who is merely interested in AI.

Kathisma CRE is most relevant where formal asset plans and reporting already exist but management still has to reconstruct what changed, what requires a decision, who owns the response, and whether the intervention produced an evidenced outcome.

01

The organization is an institutional owner, REIT, investment manager, pension-backed platform, or large vertically integrated owner/operator.

02

Formal asset plans, monthly or quarterly reporting, and recurring asset-management reviews already exist.

03

Material variances are difficult to prioritize across the reporting pack.

04

Management decisions and follow-through are fragmented across meetings, email, local trackers, and systems.

05

Leadership wants a clearer line from approved plan to evidence, decision, accountable action, and outcome evidence.

REFERRAL ECONOMICS

Compensation follows collected customer revenue.

The standard partner commission is 10% of net collected service fees from the referred customer's first eligible paid engagement, subject to written partner terms, written acceptance of the specific referral, and conflict review.

STANDARD DESIGN-PARTNER PILOT

C$25,000 engagement

Illustrative eligible partner commission: C$2,500 after qualifying revenue is collected.

FIRST-DESIGN-PARTNER FLOOR

C$20,000 engagement

Illustrative eligible partner commission: C$2,000 after qualifying revenue is collected.

NO UPFRONT PAYMENT

No collected revenue, no commission.

No lead fees, meeting fees, salary, retainer, or customer coupon is part of the standard model.

CURRENT COMMERCIAL ENTRY

Focused design-partner pilot

Approximately 8 weeks · approximately 3–5 assets · C$25K standard quote · C$20K first-design-partner floor.

The existing C$12.5K annual-conversion credit remains subject to the approved commercial terms. Referral compensation is calculated on eligible net collected service fees, not headline contract value where credits, refunds, taxes, or other exclusions apply.
PARTNER CONTROLS

Institutional introductions require transparent rules.

Commission is based only on eligible net service fees actually collected by Kathisma.
The standard referral applies to the referred customer's first eligible paid engagement only.
No lead fee, meeting fee, customer discount, or commission is paid before customer revenue is collected.
Each specific referral requires written Kathisma acceptance; submitting an application or introduction does not create commission entitlement.
Employees, officers, procurement participants, decision-makers, or other insiders of a prospective customer require full disclosure and any required written employer/principal approval before compensation can be considered. Kathisma approval alone is not enough.
Introductions must be lawful and relationship-based. No scraped lists, bulk outreach, or automated campaigns may be run on Kathisma's behalf.
Partners cannot negotiate for Kathisma, bind Kathisma, or make unsupported product, performance, security, ROI, legal, or commercial claims.

No secret kickbacks. Any referral must comply with the partner's professional obligations, procurement rules, employer or principal requirements, applicable anti-bribery requirements, and the written Kathisma partner terms. Kathisma may decline or exclude a referral where a conflict or eligibility concern exists.
